We only collect information you choose to give us. That includes:

• —Contact details you submit through forms on this site, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business name.
• —Business information you share so we can do the work, including a description of your business, your service area, your website address, and your goals.
• —Brand assets you upload, such as logo files, brand guidelines, and colors.
• —Answers you give in our quizzes, including the Google Ad Grant eligibility check, along with the contact details you provide to receive your result.
• —Information about your organization where you provide it, such as your charitable status, your website address, and how you currently use the Google Ad Grant.
• —Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.

We use the information you provide to:

• —Deliver the services you have engaged us for.
• —Respond to your questions and follow up on inquiries.
• —Send you information about your project, including timelines and deliverables.
• —Improve this website and understand which content is useful.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

A few trusted third parties process data on our behalf so this site can function. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your information:

• —Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe handles that directly.
• —Formspree receives and forwards submissions from our forms, including the eligibility check.
• —MailerLite sends our email updates and stores the contact details of people who have opted in.
• —Vercel hosts this website and processes standard server request logs.
• —Google Analytics, if enabled, provides aggregate traffic statistics.

This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are necessary for it to function. If analytics is enabled, we use it only to understand aggregate traffic patterns, never to identify you individually.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time without losing access to the site.

We do not currently run advertising pixels or remarketing tracking on this site. We do not share your information with advertising platforms, and we do not use your visit to target ads to you elsewhere on the internet.

If that changes we will update this policy before turning anything on, and this section will describe exactly what is running and how to opt out.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Some privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, treat sharing data with advertising platforms as a form of selling even when no money changes hands. We do not do that either.

If you would like us to delete what we hold about you, email hello@fillthechasm.com. We will honour it, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

We keep client project information for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records and any legal or tax obligations. Inquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful, and are deleted on request.

You can ask us at any time to:

• —Tell you what information we hold about you.
• —Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• —Delete your information, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
• —Stop contacting you.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including serving this site over an encrypted connection and limiting access to client data. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
