31 pages, six template sets, printable checklist. We are new, so we are giving it away. Tell us if it helped.
You might not have a marketing problem.
You might have a phone problem.
Before spending a dollar on advertising, look at what happens to the calls you already get.
Of calls to small businesses go unanswered
Of people who reach voicemail never call back
Call a competitor immediately instead
That is money you already paid to earn. Somebody searched, found you, picked up the phone, and you lost them at the last inch. This playbook fixes both ends: getting found, and getting through.

Questions
Straight answers.
What exactly do I get?
A 31-page PDF you download immediately. It contains 14 days of specific tasks, six sets of copy-paste templates and scripts, and a printable checklist. No upsell, no course, no subscription.
How long does this actually take?
Thirty to sixty minutes a day for fourteen days. Every day is one task you can finish in a single sitting. You can also spread it over a month if that suits your schedule better. The order matters more than the pace.
Do I need a website first?
No. Most of the playbook works without one, and Day 10 covers what to do if you do not have a site yet, including free options. Your Google Business Profile matters more than your website for local search anyway.
What is the catch?
You give us an email address. That is it. Every step in the playbook is something you do yourself, and it is written so you can finish it alone. There is one page at the end saying that if you would rather not do the weekly upkeep, we exist. That is the entire pitch.
I already have a Google listing. Is this still useful?
Almost certainly. Most businesses have a claimed profile that is about a third complete, and have never touched Posts, Questions, or services. Week two, on phone handling, applies to everyone regardless of how good your listing is.
How fast will I see results?
Phone handling changes show up in the first week because you stop dropping calls immediately. Review and profile work generally starts moving in four to eight weeks. Ranking improvements are slowest and most durable. Nobody who promises you week-one rankings is telling you the truth.
Why is it free?
We are new. We would rather have it in the hands of people who need it, and hear whether it actually helped, than protect it behind a price while nobody has heard of us. If it is useful, tell somebody. If it is not, reply and tell us what was missing.
Does this work for a retail shop, not a trade?
Yes. Every example is written for both. The mechanics of showing up in local search and converting the people who find you are the same whether you fix furnaces or sell boots.
Thirty minutes a day.
Two weeks.
Free while we are getting started. Give us an email address and it is yours.
